Situated in the heart of Dorset, Ash Farm is a mixed organic unit, a family concern run by Adam and his wife Ali. Alongside our organic crops of barley and wheat, we run a magnificent herd of Red Deer.

Our animals are born, raised and killed on the farm; they run in huge clover rich paddocks giving them a natural and healthy life. We pride ourselves on fabulous tasting meat, well raised and humanely killed.
